So after a brand new coil pack switching back to copper core plugs and a brand new locking mopar gas cap and using the PCM reset suggested I put a little over 100 miles on her and no CEL. Thank you all for the suggestions and help. She's purring like a kitten again.

No harm bud, but it's always a good idea to start a new thread, especially if you have a different ignition system.

If you are having random misfires it could be your Camashaft Position Sensor (inside your distributor). Check the wiring to the CMP for chafing/exposed wires. If not defects are noted you may want to try a new CMP. Other than OEM (big $) NAPA sells a good one.

No guarantee it will fix your problem though. Your choice.
