So I tried touching the two battery cables together to reser the pcm, as I have read lots of post recommending that for fixing high idle. After doing this I realised that the high idle is because I was low on coolant, for some reason it does that whenever the coolant level drops to a certain point. But now my starter goes click click click... What did I distroy? Its the same sound you get when the battery is flat but it isnt. I put a charger on the battery just in case.

A **** poor connection will cause a starter to just "click".

Did you remove both battery cables from the battery? Did you clean the cable ends and posts before you reattached them?
