I'm in the middle of swapping out my old, worn-out shocks for some new ones(RC Nitro 9127) on my budget-boosted 2001 Cherokee Sport.

Here are my problems with the FRONT so far:
I can't get the top mount bolt to budge. Should I just cut it off and where? The rest of the shock is off.
Next, I broke one of the bottom mount bolts, so I'll be replacing them. I may as well get new all around. Questions is what size bolt should I get?

I know all about the rear shocks already, thought these would be easy by comparison.

All this, and it's hotter than a **** here today with humidity of near 100%.
