I've broken - not quite broken off yet but definitely cracked - the black plastic pull 'handle' on the rear litigate of my 89 XJ (too many days of the liftgate frozen to the body). By 'handle' I mean the black plastic thing that surrounds the 'push-button' lock. Is this piece replaceable? If so, anyone know a source (junk-yards aside)? Thanks for any advice.

I think the junk yard's going to be your best bet. If you can't find it on one of these NOS websites, you're pretty much not going to find it.

 

Thanks for your note bass. The piece I need is not actually on the lift-gate fiche. I found it on the Keys and locks fiche.
