Default Help with radio install

Hey I'm gonna install a new head unit a boss BVCP9700A. I took out the old radio already what will I need to do with my wiring when the new radio comes in.

Well since some jackass cut up your wiring already you'll have to either buy a repair harness and then a radio install harness, or just splice your radio harness directly into the jeep harness.

The first one is for a 97+ jeep.

Get metRa 71-1002 to fix the factory harness and 70-1002 to connect to the radio harness.

Got the harnesses and the radio gonna work on it tonight and see what I can do. Can I just cut these USB cords off the back of the radio and cap me with heat shrink. I can't see why I need them I already have a USB charger and I'm gonna use Bluetooth so no need for them

You could, but I wouldn't. They'll be fine just stuffed behind the radio or something
