compressor runs with it jumped but what about the fan

No the fan does not run connected to the oruginal circuit. Do you have thoughts on troubleshooting that or where to start? Thanks.

Try swapping around relays first then of course the fuses.. Pull up a schematic for the relay and use a meter to verify u have power and ground..
