Default help please

if im going over 45 and let off the gas then get back on it the motor starts shaking `sometimes pretty vilently unless i put in third then it just cuts out a little bit gettin kinda frustrated i have put new plugs ,cap ,rotor, fuel filter. some input would be helpful befor i start buyin a bunnch of parts i dont need.
auto 88 4.0l

My .02 is pointing towards the torque converter or a sensor.

Talk with BlueXJ,

but I'd also say look at the driver side motor mount, not sure how that would have anything to do with the cutting out but does cause shacking..

some fuel problem or u have a fed tranny but none of my renixs done this

After turning it off for a few mins does it work again?

Its not a fuel problem ive ever heard of... shaking is something more serious i had a 98 malibu that did this, after it warmed up for a while it was fine until i slowed down turned out the torque converter was bad..

any other times this happens?

it does it everytime i go over 45. it almost sounds like the motor is running different thats why i thought fuel problem of some sort. it also takes 8 or nine turn overs befor it starts not sure if thats related or not.
