i am having a heck of a time getting my track bar off from the frame any suggestions iam gettin pist wife told me to give up then i remembered i belong to the best cherokee help source

If you're replacing it smack it out with a Big *** hammer. if that doesn't work it's probably rusted to the mounts? so spray PB blaster then repeat. haha there's only two bolts for the trackbar the top one mounted to the uni-body and the one on the axle. the other ones are to hold the mount to the frame.
the top one has a cotter key i believe too. (don't quote that one though)

You need to get a big rubber mallet then beat the hell out of it haha. PB blaster or some WD wouldn't hurt either.

i ve tried that i got the pin and bolts out i ll just keep beating it thanks i ll let ya know how the battle turns out i am hoping to get the front done today thanks again

Use a pickle fork. Then buy a new dust cover for it. It will be a five minute job that way.

Take a good size hammer, and smack the mount as close to the trackbar as possible. It'll jar the tapered fit loose.
