Well i just sucked it up and replaced my heater core and evap core so i can finally have working ac/heat again, but of course i plugged everything back up and now i have an issue... My running lights, tail lights, license plate light, and dash lights won't come on. However if i pull the switch just right in between the settings they all light up! I have checked all related fuses, changed the headlight switch, and all light bulbs are working. Could there be a problem with the plunger itself? I had a hard time pulling it out. Any help would be much appreciated. It's a 1999 XJ, automatic.
