HELP...no reverse lights or brake lights(exept tailgate brake lamp)

HELP...no reverse lights or brake lights(exept tailgate brake lamp)
Every thing else works .....just no reverse lights or brake lamps....
It shouldn't be the switch because the upper brake lamp works on the liftgate
My manual shows nothing about a fuse location....
I just bought this truck Wednesday the 24th and I know the reverse light worked one night,,,....and I am pretty sure the brakes did too..
bulbs are good
