help no rev. lights

i don't think they're all related, but check for reverse lights with shifter in between reverse and park, or reverse and neutral.
i assume the jeep starts up no problem in park? reason i ask is the neutral safety switch is related to no reverse lights as the switch position is lost which relates to said problems.
or even easier to first check for fuses, but i assume you've already done this.

Model: Cherokee (XJ)
Engine: Renix 4.0
Pull the rear driver's moulding out of the argo area. There's a plug back there that I have heard of shorting out and melting. That's the only thing I can think of.
