Help!!! Loud sucking sound(NOT NORMAL)from inside intake manifold

99 XJ ...I have been having rough idle and recently noticed a loud, unusual sucking sound from inside the intake manifold. I'm thinking blow head gasket but theres no evidence....If anyone has a suggestion please let me know.

Vaccum leak?

Use carb cleaner to find leaks while the engine is running.Ive had that noise before,but it was just my cowl intake whistling.

Edit: yeah rough idle sounds like a vaccum leak,let me know how the diagnostic goes

Sounds like a vacuum leak. Check the bolts around the intake manifold. Take off your throttle body and look around. Make sure all the sensors (MAP, IAC, TPS) are snug. You may need to replace your throttle body gasket also.
