Everytime you run your engine you run the risk of damaging it more. Stop running it, drive something else. If you haven't destroyed your bearings by now you probably will by the time you can afford the new head.

X2 to above. I definitely have bearing wear issues from driving mine while the coolant was getting in the crankcase.
My oil pressure proves it, among other things.
