Default HELP! idle problems and air/fuel problems!

hey guys.. so a few weeks ago I go stuck in some pretty deep water. well i got it out and it was doing fine. I let it sit for about 2-3 days as i ripped out my interior and dried all of it cause it was soaked.

when i went to start it back up the check engine light was on and idling rough. and when i drove it, it would hiccup a bit when i stepped on it. and a cloud of black smoke would come from the tail pipe.. and you can smell the exhaust really bad, like its burning rich..?
well i took it to autozone and got the code read. came back as P0171.
meaning its running lean.

so i checked some stuff out. ended up taking the intake manifold off and header.
the header was cracked pretty bad so i got a new one.
still having the same problem. Ive cleaned the MAF sensor, throttle body, air filter. checked for vacuum leaks.. nothing? only thing i can think of is a bad upstream o2 sensor or MAF sensor? but im pretty cheap and dont wanna go out and spend $100 if thats not the problem..

if you can help out any with the symptoms im having..? thanks guys!

Your TPS really hates moisture. If you've been in that deep, good chance more than you think got wet...

Most of the time there's usually nothing wrong with map sensors, but rather the little rubber elbows that connect the map sensor to the throttle body that get damaged, causing loss of vacuum. U better check that first
