Help identify these leaks?
So I've been busy over the course of the year, new job, moved twice, quit the job and started my own detailing business. Needless to say the jeep hasn't seen much attention besides regular oil changes.
Its now due for inspection but I am debating on trying to get it inspected, selling it or inspecting it (if it passes) and fixing it up a bit. I have purchased a new daily but it cannot hurt to have this thing around for various reasons.
Here are two leaks...one I am assuming is a head gasket, no signs of coolant and oil mixing but it is wet between the head and block.
Second is an obvious coolant leak at the bottom of the engine but where exactly would this be coming from and what should I look to replace?

The coolant leak..
I can see coolant dripping from between the two bolts pictured here...

I wouldn't worry about the oil film between the head and the block. I've seen numerous engines do that, even with FelPro gaskets. It doesn't seen to bother them.
Coolant leak could be coming from the weep hole in the water pump. Check it first, and check and snug up all hose clamps. Do a general inspection of all hoses looking for coolant traces.
