Check the wiring to the O2 sensor, if the O2 heater circuit shorts out it will blow that fuse.

I only see one o2 sensor
...I got tired of blowing the big maxi fuses made a fused jumper and using the atc 30 amp fuses till I find the issue.. The dealer ships arround here are not much help ... When I worked at a dealer I would help anyone with wiring diagrams ... These days people have changed..

Only one O2 for 1994. Unplug the O2 and see if the fuse blows, it could be shorted internally.

but if it shorts out the check engine light should come on??? and blows fuses all the time ... semed like when the problem started it only blew the fuse when cranking the engine... We were on the way back from the hospital after having a kidney stone blasted... I was in no shape to troubleshoot it on the side of the road had to have it towed home... ughhh
