OK Guys
Got a Haynes manual so thought I would go ahead and change the serpentine belt!
Looked in book said to undo the PAS pump and take belt off got to car no chance it said on the sticker that this pulley moves downward to remove belt but how as it says do not disassemble on the front of it I am now confused!!
PS also spent 2 hours getting the 10 year old oil filter off had to cold chisel it off in the end!

Not sure what year yours is, but mine is a 88, you loosen the bolts on the pump, there on some on front and back, i find it easiest to use "stubby" gear wrenches to do this. After it is loose there is an adjuster bolt on the bottom drivers side of the pump loosen it up and push the pump down and towards the passengers side then it should loosen the belt. Make sure when you put the belt back on to use a belt tensioner to make sure you have the right tension.
Hope this helps

Thats a tensioner pulley. Put a long wrench on the bolt running through it and you'll be able to swing the assembly to put enough slack on the belt to remove it.
