Help heat and a/c

My heat and a/c recently stopped blowing, what can i do to fix this? is it the fuse, where is it located? blower motor, where is it located? anything? help its cold out and i need heat!

on alot of cherokees the wiring frys on the heater control unit. check fuses if cant find a blown fuse pull control unit and you will see what im talkng about

where is said control unit? my blower was working 100%, then one morning when i hopped in it, its like someone completely disconnected it. fuse and connections are perfect.
