Exclamation HELP!! H1 (humvee) wheels popping outter studs... Any ideas??

So ive got a set of 37x12.50r16.5's wrapped around H1 (humvee) two piece steel wheels i had powdercoated... they have the 8 outer lugs holding the two parts together... After i modded my truck to take these and they started literally popping off i found acouple threads saying that these wheels arnt ment for radial tires... only bias tires... that the 12 outter stud H1 wheels were for the radials... but im still bound and determined to make these work since i got so much in them already... i finally stopped trying to replace the outer lugs with new lugs cause they would just pop off too and went and got Grade 8, 1/2, 2in x 20 count thread bolts... thought all was well but today...POP... a grade 8 bolt just popped off going down the road somewhere... i just dont know what else to do... so i wanted to see if any of you guys have any ideas? I know alot of people run these wheels on the rock krawlers so i figured maybe someone could help... i just dont know anymore... was thinking of maybe drilling the holes out and running 9/16 or maybe even if i have the room even 5/8 grade 8 bolts... bolt i cant find anything that tells me how much stronger they actually are... is there even anything out there stronger then a grade 8 bolt? this is nuts and has been killing me... thanks for any help or ideas guys!!

they also make a double bead lock setup for these... does anyone know if this would help? maybe with the bending and binding of the wheels when turning and high speed?? cause i think thats whats doing it the most... turning on concrete with all the weight and the two wheel parts trying to twist... makes sence to me anyways...

Tell me that first part is a typo. H1 wheels are 16.5" rims, I hope you didn't put tires for a 16" rim on them...

you know i actually went to the local army reserve squadron here but they werent there... i was trying to find out the torque on them and wether or not that was with air pressure or not... but if you look i think they all run the 12 bolt setup now huh? thanks man... got out of the marines 2 years ago myself... still on IRR... got a female friend who works motor T in the marines now... not really aloud to talk to her anymore (says the woman) since we were kinda friends with benefits i should say... and to think she worked at hooters before she went in... lol... what a change... now shes nasty of course

dang must be nice... marine corp doesnt give you a 96 for crap... has to be a big holiday like christmas or thanksgiving... i redid the grade 8 that poped off the other day... went around and torqued them on my truck with air pressure to 70ft pounds... i hope that maybe having them all at least close to the same will spread the tension on all and not just the tighter one... i hope... maybe they just hit them with a impact till they dont go any more... hell i dunno anymore...
