hey there guys i am in the process of buying my first completly stock XJ an when all is said an done i want to run 36/12.5r15 swampers what gear ratio should i go with an what kind of lockers do yall recomend.... looking for some ideas

If you can afford them, ARB lockers. If not, Aussie lockers. If you live where it snows, go selectable in front or LSD.

and new axles

and you will hate 36" swampers with a passion on the street

 

yeah you want really well built D44's or 60's w/at least 5.38's and yes 36" swampers will suck on the road haha
