I have a chirp/squeak noise when my jeep is driving. Doesn't seem to increase with acceleration or stop when foot is off the pedal, it's just always there mainly when it's cold outside. When it's warm it doesn't do it as much. Can't find it because it doesn't make the noise at idle. Anything I should check? I've tried checking the u joints but they don't seem to have any play. Checked wheel bearings and they seem fine. What about pulleys?

I have seen quite a few u joints make noise without being loose. look at them closely for powdered rust....
Also make sure the dust shields on the brakes arent contacting the rotor slightly.

Ol' Blackie developed the same "chirp/squeak" this past winter.
Only when it's cold outside, driving in town, at hi-way speed it either went away or the road noise covered it up.
I have jacked the front end up, looking everything over and could find nothing obvious.
(yeah, well, looks like I could stand to replace a bunch of bushings)
I suspicion the front axle u-joint. They show no sign of failure but I tried shifting into 4-hi while going down the street and the noise went away, back into 2wd and it came back,,
I'm thinking 4wd puts the front axle u-joints under load and makes it stop. Just because they don't "look" bad doesn't mean they're full of grease,,
U-joints are inexpensive enough, probably time to replace 'em.
