Default Help diagnosing noise

I've got two videos, one from underneith because I thought it was the flex plate (bolts are tight and I didn't see any cracks)

And one from up above. Please help.. I'm a decent parts replacer but terrible mechanic.

it doesn't go away when hot, I don't hear it anymore when off idle, but I'm not sure if it goes away.

Well that's unpleasant. Does the noise stop if you temporarily remove the serpentine belt?

I haven't tried removing the serp, it sounds like the noise is towards the back of the motor though.

I did pull 6/5/4 plug wires and the sound didn't stop. I also took another video and revved the motor and it doesn't sound like it goes away, it actually changes with revs and gets a little quieter.

Just to follow up it was the flex plate. In case anyone stumbles across this maybe it will help them diagnose..
