Ok so here is what my Jeep is doing. When I start it it turns over resolution slow then starts right up and the voltometer climbs to about 12. As soon as I put it in gear it drops to 9v and stays there until I come to a stop and it idles for a little bit. Then as soon as I accelerate again it drops right back down. And if I try to use any accessories other than my headlights and loses power and speed while driving. I have many new electrical components including battery,cables,relays,ignition system etc. Thanks for the help
