help can't get steering shaft off

did you remove the bolt totally?
if so, it sounds like your slip shaft is seized. you may have to unbolt the column to give you more room. it's pretty easy to do.
yeah, it looks like you did, so i think your only option is to cut it, or pull the column...

Yes the bolt is completely out on both ends. I'm going to try just unbolting the box tomorrow and slide it out don't want to cut the shaft if i don't have to.

well if the slip isn't working, you don't want that one back in. unless that's why you're removing it in the first place...
