Default HELP!!!! 98 4.0 really rough idle after blowing head gasket

So I ran my jeep too hot and blew the head gasket. That &#^@in blows but I tow it home and fix it the next day. Since I changed the head gasket Im getting random multiple missfires, all my injectors are throwing codes sometimes but sometimes not, all cylinders but 3 are saying misfires. I have changed...

Spark plugs and wires
Dis Cap and rotor button
Map sensor
O2 sensor
Throttle pos sensor
Air Idle sensor

I have also noticed my jeep never wants to cut on the first time anymore, i have to let it turn over and over, stop turn the key off and then turn the key over again and it will start right up and idle just like it should, cant even tell its running and thats in the morning, and any time its been sitting long enough to cool down. But once it warms up it wants to idle terrible, like its only running on 3 cyl. Took it to a shop and they told me there was nothing they could do bc my jeep ran perfect for them but the second i left with it and got to the first red light it started running like $#&@ again. PLEASE any advice is helpful

Something electrical melted through the insulation during the overheat.

When jeep warms up, it is shorting to ground and interrupting the power or signal.

Possibly.

May have warped or cracked the cylinder head. Also you may have damaged one or more valves. Was the head checked after the head gasket was blown?
