Help!! 96 Cherokee Misfiring
I have a 96 cherokee country that seems to be misfiring. If i am on back streets and keep the accelration light and the distance low not much happens, but if I am driving freeway miles the car starts to misfire and in some cases shuts off completely. It will also shut off when I am idling. The check engine light is on and the code that is showing is P0304, which is for the Camshaft sensor. What could eb the problem?

Well I think you would be wise to get the sensor replaced before trying to run down any other problem. But it could be a number of things that could make a car misfire and die at higher speeds/acceleration. Could be a clogged cat, fuel filter, injectors ect.
