ok well i have water comign in my passanger sided and i thought my windshield seal was bad and i took it to a glass place. they said windshield is original poured 2 gallons of water over it and the windhield was fine. The guy told me you have to take the plastic piece off thats under the wipers and theres a flap thats stuck open, but when i took off the plastic piece there was a piece of metal that looks like you have to take the fenders off to get it off? any help would be appreciated i wanna stop this leak.

Try this, remove your blower motor, there is a gasket in there that shrinks due to age and other factors. Get a new one or do what I did and use RTV black, and smear it all around the gasket, let it get a little tacky, then re-install the blower motor. There is also a foam gasket around heater box inside & outside, that crumbles with age and weather conditions. Do the same thing with the RTV.
I had this problem with my ' 94 XJ. When it rained, water would run down the firewall, seep in past the blower motor, and then run in through the heater box, then onto the floor.
If you don't find it sooner than later, then you will be doing a floorboard repair, like I'm doing now.
