Default help!!!

So my radiator blew out a couple of weeks ago and I noticed that the oil pressure was exyremely low and the motor was knocking.I fixed my radiator and i noticed that the oil pressure gauge kept going back.and forth but it got back to normal after a couple of days. Now my Jeep is shaking/stuttering when at idle

Sounds like you still have a overheating issue. Hot and studdering will =low pressure. Did you burp the cooling system?
