Ok so I inherited a 96 from my uncle who knew nothing about autos. Jeep had some starting issues and he took it to a shop. They replaced the ecm under the hood, did a basic tune up and replaced the ignition switch. All was good but the gauges in the cluster dont work and the fuel pump is constantly on with the key in acc mode. ????wt?? Ive checked all of the grounds,and I have some power coming to the cluster ,how can I check it?? Any thoughts??
