Heating issue
My 95 xj's heat blows cold air. 
i think it is the part shown below(heater water control valve) but am not sure how to check. I've tried wiring it in the opposite position but that didn't seem to change anything.
any suggestions?

Engine: 12 hole bosch Injectors
just take it out and hook the heatr core sraight to hoses you need 4 feet 5/8 hose and 4 feet 11/16 or 3/4 hose and clamps just did mimne two days ago wors just fine
