heater trouble

Fallow the vacuum line going into the firewall to verify it has no holes then check the diaphram mounted to the bottom of the heater core box inside and make sure it is hooked up. Sounds like the diverter inside the heater core compartment is not functioning and is stuck in the cold air position.

who did the heater core? Not being negative or nasty but were the caps or plugs covering the heater core hook ups removed before the lines were hooked up?

ok i fixed it, i finally just tore that valve off and put a t splitter in its place. and now it works great! thanks for everyones help!
