Default Heater core foam needed

I removed my heater core and the foam that goes around it isn't in the best of shape , dose anyone know where to get replacement foam. I'd like to replace all of the foam on the evap box and the heater core box if practical. Also my replacement heater core is alot wider than the original, not sure why but still seems to fit.

Any parts store or rv shop or canopy shop will have the foam you need. It's not an oem foam but it comes in bulk rolls for cheap.

Thanks, do you know if it needs to be heat rated because the old stuff is somewhat melted?
