Default Heater core

Since I replaced and flushed the cooling system there is no heat coming through my vents at all just cold air. I am wondering what I can do to try to remedy this. I never had this issue before I did my last coolant flush.

Are the heater hoses warm? Is there air in the system?

hose leading in is warm. And the air was burped out of the system. I've been driving for a few weeks since the last burping and haven't had any issues pointing to air in there.

I don't think there's a hot water cutoff valve in your year, was there? Could the heater core be working but the air mix door be stuck full cold?

They stopped the cut off valve before my year. I've tested the motor for the door and its still working.
Is it possible that the core got clogged when I flushed the cooling system?

An easy way to tell would be to flush the core. If water goes in and out then at least you know youre good there. Obviously if a whole iron bar comes out you have a problem

Yes flush with hose in both directions.
If the flow is good after doing that you have another issue.
