I have issues with the heater control panel.
The blower will stop completely, then if i move the control to off and then to heat, vent or defrost it will again work.
Is this something I can repair or is it needing a replacement?
I know the hot/cold is cable operate, but it feels like the a/c and heate/defrost are a mechanical/electrical control.
Any help appreciated,

What year? When does the blower stop exactly?

 

I can't adjust my heat position. I get either off or defrost. Any position other than off goes to windshield defrost. Any ideas?

 

sounds like you lost vacuum to your heater control switch. By default it will switch to defrost only, because most if not all state require a defrost working to be street legal. Check your lines and your'll probably figure it out.
