Heat question

Heat question
When I get up to operating temp I have no heat all it does nothing but blow cold air and I would love to have heat for these cold nights lol. Can anyone offer suggestions on where I should start looking? I would greatly appreciate it.

Are the hoses going to your heater hot or cold?
If yours has the hot water shutoff valve in the heater hose, does it work?
Does your temperature blend damper door work?
