Only reason the HVAC system would have on the performance on the engine is the defrost mode turning on the AC compressor.

You just described what happens when you have the heat on with defrost, the AC clutch kicks on and has the compressor run thus the belt squeal and the engine to rev. Need more info on what works and what doesn't. I have a suggestion for you, look under the dash on the right side. There should be a cable there a little closer to the center of the truck. Now adjust the temp on the heater, dose that cable move? If it does, does it pull the lever it is attached to?

Cable works fine with switch, It doesn't high idle or nothing when heat is on alone but does a lil when defrost is on but not hearing or feeling any heat or air blowing at all so I guess blower is out? All fuses are good checked those my buddy said something about a switch or module under the dash he had to replace in his jeep? To fix his

Well, if you don't feel anything could out of the vents then the issue is with the blower, if high doesn't work either you have a bad blower or you have a broken wire or your switch is bad. If you have high then your blower motor resistor is bad.

Resistor is on the passenger side under the glove box it's attached to the blower motor. A pita to get one of the screws out. I think they were 10mm
