Default Heat on High

2017 Cherokee passenger side only blows hot when on highest setting. All else works fine. Took it to the dealer who recalibrated & checked blend door & says all good. 1 notch down from high & it blows cold. Any thoughts?

Hi Shemp7,

If you go back to the dealership for any further diagnosis, please let me know. I'd be happy to get a case going for you to document and investigate further.

I did go right back after discovering no change & the tech said he only ran it on high. I asked them to do all the research before calling me to bring it back so I don't waste more time. I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks for the concern
