Headlights wont go off when in low beam
Hey guys,
So the other morning when I turned my headlights on, the drivers side light failed to come on and the passengers side went on and then off immediately. High beams still worked. I went and bought new bulbs and put them on, when I got to work, I pushed the switch to turn the lights off and they didnt go off but if I switched to high beams with the switch off, the lights would go off. Any idea what it might be, its not the delay since this happens with the car on or off. Can this be a bad switch?

Its a 2000 Cherokee Sport 4dr. I already have an upgraded harness. I have RAMPAGE headlights with the lmc truck harness. I tried flipping the relays on the harness to see if one of the relays was bad but that didnt change anything.
