Headlights & Bumpers
Anyone have any easy way to get those rusted stripped basically welded in mounting screws out for the headlights... I would really like to get my silverstars in. And also anyone with any good stock front & rear bumper mods? I already took the bumper caps off, and plan on throwing some truck bed coating on it to make it look better until i can afford my new ORFab bumpers.

If the screw heads are already smeared probably easiest to just grind off whats left and drill out the rest.
If the screw heads are still intact soak the screws with PB blaster and let them sit for a while. Then using a screwdriver that fits the head clamp a pair of vice grips to the screwdriver shaft. That way you can push the driver tip into the screw head and you have a lever to turn with. Just go slow and the screws should all survive. I just did a northern 2001 and reused the original screws with the addition of antisieze for next time.

The heads are intact but they are completely rusted and even with the perfect size driver and soaked in PB for 2 days no luck i've only been able to get one out. Looks like i'm gonna have to cut or drill em out.
