I just had the same issue with mine. I had to disconnect the fog light relay which is fine because my fog lights dont work as it is.

Thanks about the DS... I thought it might be Driver's Side after posting, but I'm glad you confirmed it.

I currently have the fog lamp relay removed, so the head lights will function correctly. There is a strong desire and need to have the fog lights functional. If a vehicle has fog lights in PA they need to be operational or the vehicle will not pass the annual safety inspection. The alternative is to remove the fog lights all together, which I'm not willing to do.

It might be a fex weeks, but I'll post back when I try lilredxj99 suggestion.
