I recently replaced my front bumper done away foglamps, replaced headlights, turn signals bulbs. Now my turn signals blink fast like burnt bulb both directions. Also when I turn on the headlights the turn signal indicator stays on. Any help would be appreciated.

 

Check the plug in the header panel. it should be by the airbox. They sometimes need to be cleaned and will cause weird issues.
