Default Headlight problem...help!

So I get on my 92 XJ this morning and turn the headlights on and both turn signal indicators and the high beam indicator on the dash fully lit up. The headlights did not come on.

Any ideas?

OK - I got under the hood poking around and when I jiggled the neg battery cable everything was ok. I could not make it happen again. Not sure wtf but it is good now.

Any other ideas on how to fix it???? I have an 89 with the exact same problem. I changed the switch, battery cables, flashers, and all the fuses. Still can't fix the problem. Going nuts trying to figure it out. Also, the hazards don't work, and the right side front and rear flashers don't flash together like the left side.
