headlight problem

headlight problem
I have just brought a 2000 jeep 2.5td sport but the head lights need replacing, i have seen the ones i want on ebay (projector) but as i am in england low beam dips left and these are from america were low beam dips right.
my question are the beam pattern adjustable on the headlights or not?
