hello all, i'm new to the forum and looking for some help. I have a 96 cherokee sport with some funky headlight issues. when you pull the headlight switch to the parking light setting there are no front parking lights. the taillights however do light up. when i pull the switch to turn the headlights on it takes about 5-15 seconds for the lights to come on, still no parking lights and after any random ammount of time the lights will go off. also, if I try to use a turn signal or turn the high beams on the lights cut out. I've replaced the headlight switch, gone over the wiring for shorts, etc... i'm at a loss. maybe a relay issue?? if so where is the headlight relay? I cant seem to find one
