Anyone else have this much rust? Can't even take out headlights , screws are rusted in and heads just spin. Any thoughts to get them out. ? Can't seem to pinch with with pliers ...

Mine were that way. I used an electric screwdriver on them while using a small flatblade behind them pushing them out as the screw turned. I had to use a dremel to cut a grove in some of them since I wasted the phillips head. Use PB Blaster. They eventually came out, it was a mess. Be sure to replace them with some nice SS machine screws.

if worst comes to worst, you may have to drill them out and then use larger screws

managed to get 3 of 4 off pass side and had bolts that fit it, just bent the surround down over the 4th one. The driver side i have drilled the head off, just need to hammer the rest off, but didn't want to wake my kid last night. Freaking pita, between this and the rear shock bolts and the shackles, it's like come one Chrysler, this should have been obvious!
