Headlight High Beams

Headlight High Beams
Im new here and new to Jeep's. I recently bought a 96 Cherokee. The problem Im having is when I use my high beams after about 30 seconds the headlights turn off then back on a few seconds later and will continue to do this till I turn them off or back to low beam. Any ideas on what the problem could be and how I can fix it? Really kind of annoying!

Engine: 4.0 H.O. K&N, Borla headers, custom down pipe, magnaflow hi-flo cat, flowmaster to turn down tip
if it is both highbeams then you have a relay problem, replace it
