anyone know where the headlight delay relay is? my Cherokee came with the option but doesn't work

You know you have to turn the key off, then push the headlight switch in for it to work?

Yea I turn the key off then push the switch in and they turn off immediately. I know my jeep came with it because I got the build list from chrysler

under drivers side dash in front of pedals, silver box weird triangle type plug if I remember correctly
