In my '96 XJ Sport, I'll be doing the '99+ IM upgrade, the 63mm TB upgrade, and EV6 fuel injector upgrade. Is putting on new headers going to make that much of a difference at this point?

Well, okay. I thought someone said, at one point, that the stock headers in a 4.0 HO XJ were good enough.

I know about the Borla headers & I figure $400 is a little steep for me. How about the eBay specials? I'll end up getting a Borla cat-back since I like the sound. Apparently, I can't change to a hi-flow cat unless something is wrong with the original cat, if you pay attention to the law.
