Wow that looks like utter crap. And why would you show off a piece of crap being held by a skank? that would be something I think nobody should waste their money on. Can you say "Nasty" !!!!!!!!!
Don't link to crap like that. I don't want to see that junk. I have a wife thank you very much...

what brand was it that you got and how long have you had it?
thats where i was looking for them at. i will probably order one from there, i don't care what it looks like because you can't really see it and it's not a show truck. as long as it doesn't break it will satisfy me. if it does then o'well i won't be out of alot of money and i will try another brand.
Dont know how good they are but try this link, http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/JEEP-EXHAUST-MANIFOLD-HEADER-cherokee-wrangler-comanche_W0QQitemZ200327526464QQcmdZViewItemQQptZM otors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories?hash=item2003275 26464&_trksid=p3911.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1205%7C6 6%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1308...Tj

So far 11K Zero issues.....Fit was perfect...They ever grounded the welds down inside the header tubes. I got mine from that link with the girl tha daniel sach likes in It. also it has a lifetime replacement.
what the hell??? Guess your moral compass is easily swayed???
Back to the manifold.. Ok, not trying to break your *****, but thats a pretty big job, time that is better spent on other mods or repair. If you consider all the parts you R+R in the job, its just not worth it, your are not getting any gains from it (minimal) without other major mods like the intake, and cam..
Just weld the crack on the manifold. If you don't know how to weld, take it to a good shop that welds. Should be $25 cash with no guarantees.. If a shop tells you it can't be welded, walk out and never go there again. My weld on my buds 96 held for 4+ plus years, and it was a bad crack with a amatuer weld.
You'll be glad you spent a minimal amount when you sell it or wreck it.

My header cracker right between where the 4 primarys meet...you would have to glob the hell out of it to repair mine. and still no guarntee it would hold...all to do it again. I spent the 100$ to get a new one.
Um... I don't watch crap with anything like that. And um actually I have posted arguments with different organizations regarding immorality on t.v. As for me growing up.. Well you are right and I understand there are always areas in my life that I need to grow in as I am not perfect. I am simply requesting that stuff like that not be posted. I simply do not want to allow things like that to pollute my mind as I have a beautiful wife that is the only woman I want in my head.

i think thats where mine cracked. i havent pulled it off yet but i got under it and felt up above the collector.
weld the hell out of it!!!!!!
Use a wire feed if u have one available, it will give u more access to tight spots.
I would rather weld a crack shut every month than pull the intake and exhaust manifolds. Don't get me wrong, I'm a big fan of doing things the right way the first time,, but I've done it before.. Its just not worth it unless you have other plans while you're in there.
