I have a 1997 zj when I turn on auto head lights they just flash on and off any ideas ?

Mine does it too sometimes. Also my wipers quit working sometimes. I was wondering if I may have a dead cell in the battery or something because it will drop down to zero every now and then and I give it gas it comes back up.

That sounds like bad grounds or failing charging system to me.

My headlights do the same thing on my '93 Cherokee Sport. When they start going on and off, I can put on the high beams and the headlights stay on, but I have to hold the high beam switch continuously while I'm driving. I haven't been able to figure out what's wrong with mine, either.
